DORADO WITH LENTIL PUREE

Dorado fillet on puree with red sochetica and sesame oil. Served with a vegetable wok mix - asparagus, wild mushrooms, pineapple and cherry tomatoes in kha sauce, basil oil and chili paste, brushed with cashews, chili, microgreens.
