According to legend, while traveling through Vietnam, Hector stumbled upon a flea market filled with various antiques and discovered the diary of a young man named Dan Ling. Inspired by the bohemian lifestyle described in the memoirs, Hector created a restaurant styled as a Vietnamese colonial villa. The restaurant’s identity is a blend of Vietnamese and French traditions, which reflect the mysterious legend behind the establishment. The first floor features an amphitheater with frescoes depicting scenes from imperial life and a large bar where the finest classic and signature cocktails are prepared. A private hall on the second floor serves as a venue for intimate events or a welcome area for corporate or private gatherings. While ascending the stairs, be sure to notice the 300-year-old doors from a Vietnamese palace.
