The presentation of the updated nutritionally functional dishes at NAM was an event that combined sophisticated taste and a balanced approach to nutrition.

In a cozy atmosphere, guests got acquainted with the new menu items and rolls created in collaboration with Hector Jimenez-Bravo and Kateryna Tolstikova.

During the brunch, Kateryna Tolstikova also shared the philosophy of the nutritionally functional approach, and the tasting allowed us to experience it in action. After all, each dish embodied attention to the smallest details: from nutritional value to the balance of textures and taste.
