HALONG ROLL

An exotic combination of salmon, tuna, eel, and crab with avocado, cucumber, and shiitake mushrooms. Served without rice. Topped with unagi sauce, mango yuzu sauce, truffle ponzu, tobiko caviar, and shichimi togarashi chili flakes.
