Halibut in caramelized miso, baked until tender. Served with avocado, asparagus, pak choi, baby corn, and cherry tomatoes. Accompanied by a Tom Kha-based sauce with red caviar and tobiko, a salad with fish dressing, chili, and basil oil. Garnished with chives and microgreens.
